* If you have Fire, Theft & Third Party Property Damage Cover, this feature only applies when the incident is fire or theft.

1A 'write off' is when we decide that your car is uneconomical, impractical or unsafe to repair. We call this a 'total loss' in the PDS. If your car is stolen and unrecovered after 14 days or a write off, is less than 2 years old and you're the first registered owner, we'll cover the cost to replace it with a new one of the same or similar make and model. Eligible customers only.

2Lifetime new for old car replacement: You must be the first registered owner and your car must have been continuously insured under our Comprehensive Advantages level of cover from within 13 months of your car first being purchased until the time of total loss. We will replace your car with a new one of the same or similar make and model.
