Access to Suncorp services over the Christmas holiday period

Some of our retail banking branches and contact centres will be closed over the designated public holidays during the Christmas holiday period. Find more information below on how to access key services at this time.

Find an ATM

Suncorp now provides you with fee-free access rediATMs. In addition, you can use the “big 4” banks’ ATMs fee-free. Use our ATM locator to find a Suncorp/rediATM near you.

Access to change or deposit cash

Our Change Machines, as well as Coin Deposit Machines, are situated in many branches to help you run your business. Use our Branch and ATM locator to find your nearest machine.

Access your money whilst on holiday

If you haven’t set up Suncorp Mobile Banking, you can register the Bank App on your phone before you leave. You’ll be able to see your balance and transfer funds more easily whilst away.

Let us know you’re travelling

If you are travelling overseas, call us or send a secure message via Internet or Mobile Banking to let us know what countries you’re visiting, your travel dates and also an alternative contact number in case we need to contact you.

Lost cards

If you’ve lost your ATM card, please ring us immediately on 1800 775 020 and let us know. You can also call us on +617 3362 1712 if you’re calling from overseas.

Transferring money and paying Bills

As per Reserve Bank guidelines, Suncorp won’t process any transfers to other banks on national public holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.  Make sure you keep in mind transfers to other banks may take a little longer around these public holidays. If you need to send money from Suncorp to another bank by Christmas, we recommend – as a minimum – to send your transfers by 5:30pm Wednesday December 20, in order to reach the recipient on time for Christmas.
