What is the rewards cashback process?

To access the cashback rewards you must have linked your eligible Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card and meet the eligibility criteria every month.

How to redeem cashback:

  • Ensure your eligible card is linked. You only need to do this once unless you update, change, or add a second card. Note that it may take up to 24 hours after linking a card to be able to activate rewards.
  • Activate eligible rewards.
  • Make an eligible purchase at a participating retailer using your linked Australian Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also eligible if using the linked card.
  • Receive cashback to your linked card usually within 14 business days after the transaction.
  • Successful cashback will be shown in your linked card’s bank account and will include “SUNCORPMYHOME”.

Reward Offers expire every month so make sure you check in monthly to activate your rewards and keep an eye on your tasks. You can set diary reminders for each task to help you stay up to date with your home maintenance.

SUNCORP HEALTH INSURANCE
Suncorp Health Insurance is issued by nib health funds limited ABN 83 000 124 381 (nib), a registered private health insurer, and is marketed by Platform CoVentures Pty Ltd ABN 82 626 829 623 (PC), a Suncorp Group company. PC is an authorised agent of nib and receives commission from nib. Read the policy booklet before buying this insurance.

SUNCORP LIFE INSURANCE
Suncorp Life Insurance products, other than in some circumstances the Redundancy Benefit, are issued by TAL Life Limited ABN 70 050 109 450 AFSL 237848 (TAL Life) which is part of the TAL Dai-ichi Life Australia Pty Limited ABN 97 150 070 483 group of companies (TAL).
