What happens if I change or cancel my Suncorp Home Policy?
If you make a change to your policy that changes your eligibility to the My Home proposition you will lose access to My Home and the available rewards.
Eligibility for My Home rewards is linked to an eligible policy. If you cancel an eligible policy and replace that with a new eligible policy, you will lose the rewards linked to the old policy and will need to action tasks again to unlock rewards on the new policy.
If your eligible Home policy is cancelled (either by you or us), access to your Rewards will cease on the 1st of the following month.
