When you accept an offer of settlement, we will ask you to sign a release, which finalises your claim by releasing Suncorp from further liability to you. This means you will, generally, not be able to make any further claims or receive any further payments from Suncorp Insurance for the injuries and loss you received arising from this accident.

The release can be completed by:

• Printing and signing the release, and having this witnessed by an adult and then emailed to qldctpclaims@suncorp.com.au or sent via post to GPO Box 1453, BRISBANE, QLD 4001.
• Completing the Docusign Process.

Once we have received your signed release, we must seek clearances from any Government Agencies  that may have an interest in the matter.
