Liability is where we determine who is at fault for the accident.

We rely upon evidence from the parties in the accident including:

• your version of events
• the version(s) from the other parties
• the Police Report
• photographs from the accident scene
• dashcam footage
• CCTV footage from nearby buildings (if available), and
• Traffic Light Sequencing reports.

We will take this evidence, consider the circumstances and applicable laws to make our decision. We can change our decision after it is made, however you will need to provide further evidence for us to review.
