CTP Insurance does not cover damage to your car or other people's cars or property. For car insurance claims you can make a claim online or via the Suncorp Insurance App.

What happens after you’ve lodged a claim

  • We'll provide a CTP Claims Manager to promptly coordinate treatment and rehabilitation
  • We’ll asses your entitlements, and
  • We’ll provide an injury management expert to provide tailored support and assist with early recovery and rehabilitation.

Qld CTP Claims Complaints or to resolve a dispute

If you have a complaint about our service or our decisions, please contact your CTP Claims Manager. If they can’t resolve the issue, they’ll refer the complaint to their Leader or delegate who will respond within 5 business days.
