What policy covers injury to pet dogs and cats?
Injury to pet dogs and cats cover is optional for all levels of cover and can be added to your Suncorp Contents insurance policy for an extra premium.
This optional cover has its own excess which you pay instead of the standard excess (plus any other applicable excess).

What’s not covered
There are some instances where you will not be covered, for example, for treatment of any illness, harm caused by something the animal has eaten, or injury caused by any business activity such as racing, farming or grazing, but not including breeding or showing.
