What happens after you’ve lodged a claim

We’ll provide you with a claim number and claim confirmation via email
If we need to confirm anything, we'll call you on the number you’ve provided us during your claim.

We will tell you about the progress of your claim at least every 20 Business Days, and we will respond to your routine enquiries about your claim progress within 10 Business Days – in accordance with the General Insurance Code of Practice.
