ReachOut psychologist Anna Sidis explains why self-care is especially important for teenagers, and discusses how they can practise self-care to reduce stress.

Teenagers are faced with a lot of changes, both mentally, physically and emotionally, says Anna. And so there are some common struggles which are faced. Understanding the struggles can help ease things for families and their teenagers and keep everyone feeling good.
