Mobile banking with the Suncorp App and Suncorp Secured App is still available, just with new names: the Suncorp Bank App and the Suncorp Bank Secured App.

To manage eligible Suncorp Insurance policies, download the Suncorp Insurance App.*

Remember, Suncorp Bank will NEVER:

  • ask you to share passwords or one-time codes
  • send you unsolicited text messages or emails containing links that ask you to update or disclose personal or banking information
  • ask you to provide remote access to any of your devices
