Common questions
If you believe your card has been lost or stolen it’s important to inform us as soon as possible. If you fail to notify us, you may be liable for any unauthorised transactions processed to your account, as per the Terms and Conditions.
Inform us via the Suncorp App
If you have a Visa Debit card or PayLater Visa Debit card you can put a temporary lock on it, or report it as lost or stolen, in the Suncorp App:
- Select ‘Manage Cards’ on the Banking screen
- Select the card you’d like to temporarily lock, or report as lost or stolen
- Follow the prompts
If you report your card as lost or stolen, we’ll automatically send a replacement to your registered address.
For Clear Options Credit Cards and eftpos cards you’ll need to call us on the number(s) below.

You can reset your Internet Banking password online. You’ll need your Customer ID (CID) and a registered mobile number.

Common questions
Your policy number can be found on your certificate of insurance. Or, you can find it through our online policy finder.
To retrieve your quote, select the product, enter your quote number, the date of birth of the oldest person to be a policy holder, and your postcode.
For most Suncorp Insurance products, you can renew your policy and pay your annual premium online via our Payments & Renewals page.
