• An Australian Company with up to two directors. Companies with more than two directors, can apply in a branch or call our Contact Centre

• Australian Business Number (ABN) if you have one
• For Companies, an Australian Company Number (ACN)
• For a Sole Trader or an Informal Partnership, each individual must provide at least one form of ID; Australian Driver's License, Medicare Card or Passport.
• For a Company, all Directors will be sent a link to complete the identification process

• For each Individual associated to the entity (Sole Trader, Partners in the Informal Partnership, Directors and Beneficial Owners), you must provide at least one form of ID; Australian Driver's License, Medicare Card or Passport.

If an Association (including Body Corporates)

• Constitution or rules of the Association
  OR
• Minutes of the meeting
  AND
• If the Association is a Body Corporate and that Body Corporate is externally managed, the Body Corporate/Strata Management Agreement

If a Trust

• Trust Deed
• If the Trustee is a Company – details of that company

If a Company

• Australian Company Number (ACN)

If informal (joint account) and formal partnerships (partnership agreement exists)

• The required documents for the entity type of each partner i.e. if the partnership is between a company and a trust, refer to the applicable entity type above for the required information.
  AND
• Formal partnership agreement if one exists

If an Association

• Constitution or rules of the Association
