How can I get a copy of my eStatements for Centrelink?
e-Statements for eligible accounts are available via Internet Banking and the Suncorp App.
Through Internet Banking:
- Log in to Internet Banking.
- Select ‘eStatements’ from the left hand menu to see a list of available statements.
Through the Suncorp App:
- Launch the Suncorp App.
- Add your account to the Suncorp App, if you haven’t done so already.
- Select the relevant account and tap ‘eStatements’.
If you require an up-to-date e-Statement which is not yet available, simply log into Internet Banking and send us a secure message under ’request statement print’.
When will I receive my $750 Economic Support Payment?
The Australian Government is paying eligible people living in Australia a once-off Economic Support Payment of $750. If you haven’t already, you should receive your payment between now and April 17.
Please note, you don’t have to do anything to do anything to receive the payment. If you’re eligible, you will receive it automatically.
