Home loan customers

Financial support options are available for eligible customers upon application and may include:

  • Deferring loan repayments (interest will be capitalised)
  • Switching from principal and interest to an interest-only home loan

Additional options may include:

  • Accessing cashback if you’re in advance (variable rate home loan customers)
  • Modifying your loan repayments if you’re in advance

Personal loan customers

Financial support options are available for eligible customers upon application and may include:

  • Deferring loan repayments (interest will be capitalised)

Additional options may include:

  • Modifying your loan repayments if you’re in advance

Business customers

Financial Assistance

Eligible business customers can apply for financial assistance. Options may include:

  • Deferring loan repayments
  • Converting principal and interest to interest only repayments
  • A loan term extension
  • Waiving merchant rental and minimum monthly fees for up to 6 months
  • Deferring equipment finance instalments
  • Temporary overdraft to bridge Job Keeper Payment

SME Support Loan

Loans are available to support eligible new and existing customers (secured or unsecured)

Terms, conditions and eligibility criteria apply to bank products and to our financial support options and are available on request

  • View payments and balances
  • Check if you’ve made additional loan repayments
  • Access cashback if you’ve made additional payments on a variable rate home loan
  • Modify loan repayments if you’ve made additional payments on a Home Loan or Personal Loan
  • Send a secure message to generate an up-to-date eStatement
