Add an extra layer of security for peace of mind. To protect higher risk transactions, utilise our Suncorp Secured App when transferring your money with Suncorp Bank. This generates a code every 60 seconds to verify your transactions.

24/7 fraud monitoring

Suncorp Bank monitors your money against fraudulent activities, 24/7. We have a security guarantee for unauthorised transactions made on your accounts, as long as you’ve complied with the Terms and Conditions , as always!

Suncorp App’s clever virtual assistant is available 24/7. Scout offers help with the Suncorp App and your questions about our banking and insurance products.


You can ask things like “when does my policy expire?” or “what day does my direct debit come out?” Scout can also take you on a handy tour of the app!


Preview a schedule of tasks in progress and get alerts on the go. Great for grabbing your attention for things such as claims, upcoming renewals and more.


Access your document storage securely on the app. You can upload and organise your policy and claim documents, images and more.
