You need to ensure you keep your Secret Codes including Customer ID, passwords, passcodes and security token codes private, don’t contribute to the loss and let us know immediately as soon as you discover a loss.

What’s my Internet Banking Customer ID?
It’s a number that’s given to you when you register with Internet Banking. It’s different from your account number and everyone gets a Customer ID. You’ll enter it every time you log in to Internet Banking.
If you don’t have one, you’ll need to register for Internet Banking.
If you’ve forgotten your Customer ID, find how to recover it online.
After opening an account, you can register for Internet Banking. After you’ve registered and you’ve received your Customer ID, you can start adding your accounts and cards. Go to ‘Manage my accounts’, enter the account or card number and click ‘Add’.
If you’d like to cancel your Internet Banking account, please contact us on 13 11 55 (+61 7 3362 1712 if you’re overseas).
If you have a registered phone number with us, you can reset your Internet Banking password online. You’ll need your Customer ID (CID) with you when you do so.
If you’ve forgotten your CID, simply head to the Internet Banking log in page and click on the link that says ‘Forgot your Customer ID?’. From there, you’ll be asked to provide some details to verify your identity (such as your name and date of birth).
After you’ve filled in your details, follow the prompts to get a verification code sent to your registered mobile number. Once your details are all verified, your Customer ID will be displayed on the screen.
If you don’t have a registered phone number with us, please call us on 13 11 55 or visit a Suncorp branch.
If you’re having trouble accessing Internet Banking online, try:
- Re-typing the address. Please make sure you’re typing suncorp.com.au/banking into your web browser, and not using an old website address you may have saved elsewhere.
- Updating your browser. If your browser isn’t up to date, you may not be able to perform certain transactions or view content. We recommend: Microsoft Edge or above, Google Chrome 65 or above, Mozilla Firefox 59 or above and Safari 11.03 and above.
- Clearing the cookies and cache in your Internet browser, then try again.
- Using a different Internet browser, such as Firefox or Chrome, and see if the error continues.
Daily limits are the maximum amount of money that can leave your account in a 24-hour period to protect you and your money from theft and fraud. Different daily limits apply to Internet Banking, ATM withdrawals and EFTPOS cash out withdrawals.

You can even access up to 5 years worth of bank statements online that you can save, email or print at anytime. Anytime of day or night, you can keep track of your money, check interest and loan repayment details.
So, how do you use it?
To set up internet banking, simply follow 3 easy steps, then you can log in.
First you will need a temporary access code. You would have received this via SMS when you opened your bank account. If you’re unsure what it is, you can retrieve it by calling us on 13 11 55.
Then go to suncorp.com.au/internetbanking
Click on register for Internet Banking and follow the prompts
Enter your temporary access code, followed by your account number.
If you ever forget your password, it's no problem! You can reset your password online, just click reset password here on the log-in screen and follow the prompts.
After you've logged in, you will see your 25 most recent transactions immediately. Hit the next button at the bottom of the page to see more.
You can download your transactions too if you want to use them in a spreadsheet. Just go to the transaction history on the left menu, select your account and click the download button.

Jill loves that she can pay her bills quickly, easily and securely with BPAY or electronic transfer.
Want to see how she does it?
First, she logs in to Internet Banking and clicks on ‘BPAY, pay bills’ on the left hand menu.
She selects her account, then the biller.
For a new bill, she adds the biller code, reference number and double checks the details.
After she's done this once, it'll save the details, so it's easy to pay the next time round.
Jill pays most bills immediately, but she can also set up payments to be recurring or future dated to avoid that horrible feeling of bill shock.
After she's done, she writes down the reference number and either prints the BPAY receipt or
saves it to her computer for easy filing.

Jill also chooses to have some bills sent directly to Internet Banking, via BPAY view. It lets her know when a bill is due and then she can pay with a single click. It's all too easy.
