You can conveniently set or change the PIN for your Suncorp cards via Internet Banking or the Banking App.

How to set or change your debit card PIN

FYI, you may need to add the account to which your card is linked via Internet Banking before updating your PIN. Find out more.

Step 1:

Log into Internet Banking or the Mobile Banking App

Step 2:

Select Manage Cards from the navigation menu

Step 3:

Find the eligible card and select Update Card PIN

Step 4:

Follow the prompts to set or change your card PIN

For security reasons a mobile phone number is required to receive a temporary password to allow you to reset your PIN. If a mobile phone number is not registered, you will need to call us on 13 11 55 to update your contact number.
