Donating to a charity via BPAY
At Suncorp Bank, we are committed to supporting the community and actively engage our customers and staff in helping charities to raise much needed funds.
Our BPAY donation initiative lets you make donations to charities supported by Suncorp.
Next time you’re paying a bill via BPAY, roundup your bill to the nearest dollar and donate the difference to one of our charities.
For example, if your bill is $84.20, you can round your bill up to $85.00 and donate the 80 cents to a nominated charity. Donations over $2 are tax deductible.
Suncorp Bank is currently supporting the following charities using BPAY donation:
The Heart Foundation is Australia's leading heart health charity, saving lives through funding heart health research, community education programs and services to patients. The Heart Foundation is funded almost entirely by public donations and gifts from people's wills.
Right now there are over 7,500 young Australians with high care needs living in aged care simply because there are very few alternatives. A further 700,000 are being cared for at home by family and friends, often with limited support.
Youngcare is committed to driving change and creating real choices in care and housing for young Australians and their families. Youngcare is working to achieve this through the Youngcare Connect information service, the At Home Care Grants program, building permanent accommodation solutions, and undertaking research to better understand the requirements of young people with high care needs.
ReachOut.com by Inspire Foundation
The Inspire Foundation is the organisation behind the leading youth mental health service ReachOut.com. Set up to give young people somewhere to turn when they're going through a tough time, this anonymous service provides a vital lifeline for young people in need of help.
Young people's mental health is one of the biggest challenges of our time. Estimates suggest that one in four young Australians lives with a mental illness. Tragically, around 70% of these people will never get the help they need.
