Banking at Australia Post gives you convenient access to basic banking services like making deposits and withdrawing cash.
At Bank@Post you can:
- Deposit up to $9,995.95 in cash per day
- Deposit cheques
- Make up to $2,000 of withdrawals per day*
To use Bank@Post you’ll need to bring your Suncorp Bank Visa Debit Card or EFTPOS Card, and know your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Cheque clearing times may vary.
Don’t have PIN? You can reset your PIN online or call 131155 and we’ll have one posted to you.
* The combined cash out and withdrawal limit for ATMs and EFTPOS is $1,000 per day per card. This limit can be increased to $2,000 per day per card by contacting us on 13 11 55 or visiting your local Suncorp Bank branch. Please be aware by increasing the cash withdrawal limit, you will increase your liability in the event of unauthorised transactions.
