Can I return items purchased with Apple Pay in-store?
Yes. If you need to return a purchase made with Apple Pay, you may be asked to provide the last four digits of your Device Account Number.
To find this, tap “Settings”, then “Wallet & Apple Pay” and then select the card used to make the purchase. Scroll down to view the Device Account Number. You can also find the number via the Wallet app by selecting the card and tapping the “info” symbol on the lower right-hand corner and then scrolling down.
Alternatively, you may require your plastic card as not all payment terminals enable you to tap to return a purchase.
