How do I withdraw money from my Carbon Insights Account?
You can use your Debit Card to withdraw cash from your Carbon Insights main account from an ATM or withdraw cash via EFTPOS from a store that allows this (e.g., your local grocery store).
To help protect you and your money from theft and fraud, the combined cash daily withdrawal limit for ATMs and EFTPOS cash withdrawals is $1,000 per day per card. The limit may be increased to $2,000 by sending a secure message via Internet Banking. Note, the minimum and maximum withdrawal at other ATMs may be determined by the owner of that ATM.
You will not be able to withdraw cash over the counter at Suncorp Bank branches.
