How do I transfer money from my Carbon Insights Account?
You can transfer money via the Suncorp App or Internet Banking as often as you like at no charge, as long as enough funds are available in your account:
- Setup transfers from your account with either immediate, future dated or recurring processing timing.
- Transfer funds to any of your Suncorp Bank accounts.
- Transfer funds to an account with another financial institution using a BSB and account number.
- Set up BPAY® payments from your account with either immediate, future dated or recurring processing timing.
- Transfer funds using Fast Payments (through the Suncorp App only).
A daily combined limit of $3,000 applies to transfers you make to other Australian banks and BPAY billers via Internet Banking and the Suncorp App. If you’d like to increase that limit, you’ll need to download the free Suncorp Secured App and generate a Security Token. You’ll also need to enter a Security Token Code for every Telegraphic Transfer (Global Payment) you make in Internet Banking.
