New customers can open a personal or joint Carbon Insights Account online or via the Suncorp App.

If you are an existing customer, you can apply via the Suncorp App: 

1. Log in, scroll down to ‘Add an account or product’. 
2. Select ‘Open or add account’. 
3. You will then be given a list of our current product offerings where you can determine which product or account best suits your needs. 

Or via Internet Banking: 

1. Log in to Internet Banking and select ‘Open new account/loan’.
2. You will then be given a list of our current product offerings where you can determine which product or account best suits your needs.
