This tiled feature wall is certainly an eye catcher, but a painted mural would also work for a fraction of the price.
Custom built units are special, but standard furniture and a free standing BBQ would have cut down on labour and material costs.
My last tip is all about lighting. There is quite a lot here for such a small space. Scaling back is an obvious way to save.
So, lets wrap things up. Painting is cheaper than tiling, freestanding furniture is a great way to fill the space and don’t overdo it with the lighting. I hope these tips help you budget better.
