What is a mobile lender?
A mobile lender is really a personalised banking specialist. We look to provide a tailored solution for each customer. We really try to support and provide direction for our customers looking to set up, buy and refinance homes.

Typically, whether you are buying your first home, looking to upgrade or trying to get a better deal on your existing home loan, you may need a mobile banker. We can help you calculate your borrowing capacity and negotiate your loan with the bank. We really are a great source of information, especially around the home-buying process.
What are common questions people ask you?
Some of the most common questions I get asked would be: What is my borrowing capacity? How long does a pre-approval last for? What is my interest rate? Can I pay weekly/fortnightly payments? And of course, we can provide answers to all of these.
What can a mobile lender do for you?
So, when we meet, based on the information you give us, we generally will be able to assess you for a loan on the spot. In some cases, your application may need to be sent to the Banking Credit department for approval. In every situation, we can discuss your personal situation and look at your options and what works for you.
When and where can I meet a mobile lender?
Mobile lenders a really flexible. We can meet up anywhere from a coffee shop to after hours at your home or your local Suncorp store. It’s up to you. Just call, and we’ll be there.
