After you make an appointment, the Mobile Lender will be in contact with you – usually 24 hours ahead of your booked meeting to let you know what paperwork you will need.

Typically, the Mobile Lender will need some kind of proof-of-income documentation such as payslips, loan documentation if you already have a mortgage, as well as bank statements. They will also need details of what liabilities you might have.
