How do I find the details of my last renewal?
You can access the details of your last paid-in-full renewal at any time, through your My Suncorp log in.
Simply log in, choose the policy you want details for from ‘Your Insured Policies’, on the policy overview, click ‘Get documents’ and then select from the drop-down options ‘Paid Renewal’. If you’ve paid for your renewal in full, it is not due for renewal, and the policy has not been changed since its start date, you should see an option to have your paid renewal document emailed to you.
The default email address it will be sent to is the one we have listed in your contact details, however, you can choose to send it to any email address you prefer.
