24/7 Global emergency assistance for lost or stolen cards
Contact the dedicated Cash Passport support team if you lose your Multi-currency Cash Passport, have it stolen or if you’re unable to access your money.
The card services team will then make arrangements to minimise the impact this will have on your trip, by either getting you access to emergency cash from the balance of your card and/or couriering you your new card direct to your destination.
Emergency cash can usually be sent to you within 2 hours, although it could be up to 24 hours for more remote locations.
Don't forget, that should you lose your primary card - you can still use your secondary card that was issued to you. This means you will continue to have access to your prepaid funds without having to wait for a replacement. Please note however that you must still contact card services to inform them of your lost or stolen primary card.
