The Home Loan Key Facts Sheet provided is based upon the information entered into the generator by the user. The interest rates and fees and charges are those that apply as at the date of production of the Key Facts Sheet. The calculations do not include fees which are dependent on events that may not occur (for example, fees incurred to change to a different loan type).

The amount of the repayments shown in the Key Facts Sheet will change if a change is made to one of the following:

• Suncorp Bank change interest rates or discounts (Interest rates and discounts are subject to change without notice)
• Suncorp Bank change fees and charges applicable to a Home Loan.
• The loan is changed to a different home loan type or loan purpose (Owner Occupied or Investment)
• The Property Value, Loan Amount, or Loan term

The standard Fixed Rate offered on the day of settlement of the loan will apply unless the rate is secured by paying a Guaranteed Rate Fee. At expiry of the fixed rate period, the rate will revert to the applicable Standard Variable Interest Rate less any applicable margin discount specified in your credit contract. The Interest Only period on a Fixed Rate must equal the Fixed Rate term.

Loan to Value Ratio (“LVR”) limits are inclusive of Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) where applicable.

Fixed Rate applicable on the day of settlement of the loan will be used to calculate the applicable discounted fixed rate unless the rate has been secured by paying a Guaranteed Rate Fee, which must be selected at time of loan application. Current standard fixed rates and discounts are subject to change without notice.
