We’ve listened to your feedback and made mobile banking easier than ever before.
You can now access all of your account info, as well as some handy new features, like checking the interest on your accounts or seeing when your next credit card payment is due.
You can now receive alerts for things that require attention on your accounts, or transactions you need to improve to ensure you can keep your accounts.
You can also send us secure messages if you need to enquire about anything on your accounts and be answered by one of our specialists.
With our FlexiRates feature you can put away money for a fixed term at a higher rate, allowing you to save for that holiday, car, or even a home deposit.
Paying bills with BPAY® has never been easier, with just a few taps you’ll be on top of your bills in no time.
Business customers can now take advantage of our transaction approval feature, allowing you to pre-approve suppliers and transactions, so that you can spend more of your time doing business.
Suncorp Bank knows you like to keep things personal; now you can customize your mobile banking experience by creating you own nicknames for your accounts with the tap of a finger; it’s that easy.

Security Token Codes
To maintain a high level of safety for our customers, a Security Token Code is required to approve certain banking transactions, such as changing your daily transfer limit. You can quickly generate a Security Token Code via the Suncorp Secured App in just a few clicks. The app is free and is available for iOS and Android.
Managing Card Security
If you lose your card, you can temporarily place a block on it via Mobile Banking. You can also place real time controls on locking:
- payWave transactions
- Internet shopping transactions
- Overseas purchases in-store

You’re out and about on the weekend, you check your purse or wallet and…Your Suncorp Visa Debit card has disappeared.
Did it slip down the back of the couch? Maybe it’s in your other jeans at home?
It’ll probably turn up, it always does, but it’s best to play it safe, just in case.
Now you can have more control of your card thanks to Suncorp Card Lock.
You can temporarily lock your Visa Debit card using the Suncorp mobile banking app.
Simply login, go to Manage Cards and lock your card. It’s that easy.
Then unlock it again when your card turns up, without having to talk to someone in a call centre or cancelling your card.
You also have the added security of being able to turn off Visa payWave payments,
Internet transactions and overseas in-store payments.
With Suncorp Card Lock, you’re in complete control of your Suncorp Visa Debit card.
So, download the Suncorp Bank mobile app (if you haven’t already), and never worry about your Suncorp Visa Debit card disappearing again.

How do I access Suncorp Internet Banking from my mobile device?
You can easily download the Suncorp Bank mobile app from the App store or Google Play store by searching for “Suncorp Bank”.
If you need to access functionality from your mobile device or tablet, which is available via Internet Banking and not the Suncorp Bank mobile app, navigate to suncorp.com.au and click the “login” button. From there, your navigation experience will depend on what sort of device you’re using.
Apple iOS devices
When you first view the login page, you’ll automatically be viewing the mobile version. If you’d like to view the full version of the site, you’ll need to log out and then click on “Go to Full Site”. You’ll be redirected back to the login page. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be looking at the full version of the Internet Banking site.

To reset your passcode via the app:
- Go to the app home screen and tap ‘Forgot your password’
- Enter your customer ID, name and date of birth
- Press ‘send verification code to this number’ to continue with Mobile Banking.
Alternatively, you can login to Internet Banking to reset your password.
Yes, you can access Mobile Banking provided your mobile phone has access to the internet. If on international roaming, make sure you contact your mobile phone carrier for details of any additional fees or charges that may apply.
To send money to another bank, tap ‘Transfers and Payments’ within the app slide out menu, then ‘Send Money’.
When processing certain transactions you will be required to enter a Security Token Code. A Security Token can be obtained via Internet Banking.
If you lose your phone, don’t panic. Our Suncorp Mobile Banking App is stored with encryption and can’t be accessed, even if you optionally store your Customer ID on Mobile Banking.
