Fast payments and PayID
With the Suncorp App, you can send money to and from eligible bank accounts in near real time.
This new fast payment service is called Osko.* It’s automatic for payments made via the Suncorp App from most Suncorp Bank personal and business accounts to another account when using a PayID or to eligible accounts at other Osko participating banks when using a BSB and account number.
You can also use the Suncorp App to set up a PayID in connection with most personal accounts^. A PayID is a unique identifier, such as your mobile number or email address, that you link to your account. Using a PayID to receive an Osko payment can be easier than using your BSB and account number, if the person paying you is permitted by their bank to pay to a PayID.
Add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay
Use your phone’s digital wallet to make secure payments on the go.
Login to the Suncorp App, click on the ‘cog wheel’ at the top left corner of the Banking page, select ‘Manage cards’, choose the card then tap ‘Add to Apple Wallet’.
Manage recurring / future payments
Manage all immediate, future and recurring payments from your eligible Suncorp Bank accounts on the Suncorp App. You’ll get notified if anything doesn’t go through.
Plan ahead and set up future dated payments so you can choose to pay someone on your specified date. You can make regular and ongoing payments using Transfer, Pay Someone or BPAY. Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly recurring payments.
Easily set or reset your Debit Card PIN
Easily set your new Suncorp Visa Debit or eftpos Debit Card PIN in the Manage Cards section of the Suncorp App. You can follow the same steps to reset your PIN.
- Login to the Suncorp App
- Click on the ‘cog wheel’ at the top left corner of the Banking page
- Select ‘Manage cards’, choose the card and select ‘Set Card PIN’
For security reasons a mobile phone number is required to receive a temporary password to allow you to set your PIN. If your mobile phone number is not registered in Online Banking or has recently changed, you will need to call us on 13 11 55 to update your contact number before using the self-service option to set your PIN.
Use the Suncorp App to help you get financially fit. The Suncorp Dollar Tracker is great for planning your long-term financial goals, plus you can see where you’re spending your money. You can track and categorise connected Suncorp Bank account transactions into 14 expense categories, such as food, energy bills and entertainment. Pretty cool, huh?
* Osko fast payments can only be made via the Suncorp App to a PayID or to the BSB and account number of an Osko enabled account at another Osko participating financial institution, and not via other access methods such as Internet Banking. Osko fast payments cannot be made from or to Passbook accounts, General Trust Accounts, loan accounts (other than line of credit and overdraft facilities), Farm Management Deposit Accounts, PayLater accounts and Fixed Term Deposits. Osko fast payments cannot be made from Kids Savings Accounts, Agent’s Statutory Trust Accounts (Qld, NSW) and Solicitor’s Trust Accounts (Qld) but can be made to them. Future-dated and recurring payments and Business Payment Credits will not be made as Osko fast payments. ^ A PayID can only be created via the Suncorp App and if you accept and can satisfy our PayID Terms and Conditions. A PayID cannot be created in connection with a Business Account, a Passbook Account, Kids Savings Accounts, loan accounts (other than line of credit and overdraft facilities), Farm Management Deposit Accounts and Fixed Term Deposits. Certain types of mobile numbers (eg. international numbers) and email addresses may not be in a format which is compatible with our PayID requirements and, therefore, cannot be created as a PayID.
