What to do if my Visa debit or credit card is temporarily misplaced, stolen, lost, or damaged?
You must notify us immediately if your Visa debit or credit card is lost or stolen, please contact us on 1800 775 020. If you’re outside of Australia, you can call +61 7 3362 1712 or Visa International +1 303 967 1090 or visit Visa Global Customer Assistance Services website for a list of country-specific numbers.
If you have the Suncorp Bank mobile app or Suncorp app, you can immediately place a temporary lock on your Visa Debit card. Find out how to place a temporary lock on your Visa Debit card here.
Once you’ve found your Visa Debit card, remember to check for any unauthorised transactions. If there are no unauthorised transactions, you can then unlock your card.
If you suspect an unauthorised Transaction has been made on your Visa Debit card, you must contact us immediately on: 1800 775 020 or +61 7 3362 1712 if you are overseas. If you fail to notify us promptly when you become aware that your card is stolen, lost or misused or you suspect it is stolen, lost or misused then subject to the terms and conditions, you will be liable for any unauthorised Transactions processed to your account.
