We’ll send you an SMS notification around 45 days before your card expires to advise you that a new one will be sent. We will not include any links or ask you to verify information. 

Your new Visa Debit card will be sent for delivery around 5 weeks before your old one expires. It can take up to 7 business days to receive your new card.

If you’re unsure about when your card is set to expire, you can check the expiry date on the front of your card.

Always make sure that we’ve got your correct address on file. You can update your details via Internet Banking.
