What should I consider if I set up automated, regular payments?
Always keep a record of the direct debits or recurring payments you have established. It’s important to keep enough funds in your account to cover automated instructions so your account maintains a positive balance. If you don’t have enough money in your bank account to cover a direct debit you may be charged a dishonour fee by Suncorp and an overdue fee by the service provider.
