You can only use the Suncorp Secured App on one device. 

If you would like to use the App on a different device, you can transfer your Suncorp Secured App registration to that device. Here’s how:

  • Download the Suncorp Secured App from Google Play or the App Store onto the new device.
  • Log into the Suncorp Secured App on your new device using your existing Suncorp Bank Customer ID and password.
