If your physical card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately on 13 11 55 so that we can block it from further use and arrange for a new one to be sent to you. You should receive it within 5-7 days. After we’ve blocked your card, you won’t be able to use it in Samsung Pay.

Once you activate your new card, it’ll automatically be updated in your Samsung Pay wallet.
