PayLater payments are made automatically from your linked Everyday Options Account.

Payments are processed each night from around 10pm AEST. If there aren’t enough funds in your linked Everyday Options account at this time on the due date, your payment will not be processed.

You will then have a two-day grace period during which you can make the payment manually in the Suncorp App to avoid a late fee.

You’ll receive reminders by email and SMS before payments are due and if you’ve missed a payment (during your 2-day grace period).

A $10 late fee will only apply if you haven’t made the payment manually through the Suncorp App before the end of your 2-day grace period. When that happens, we’ll notify you by email and SMS to let you know a $10 late fee has been charged.

The $10 late fee will be added to the total amount of the missed payment. You’ll need to pay this total amount manually in the Suncorp App as soon as possible.

Only one $10 late fee will be charged per purchase and it will apply to the first missed payment only.
