You can ask us to close your PayLater account by contacting us, visiting your local branch or requesting closure by secure message on Internet Banking.

While we will close your account immediately upon your request, you will need to meet any responsibilities as specified in the Suncorp Bank PayLater Account Terms and Conditions with respect to any outstanding payments regardless of the closure of your account.
