What is a PIN and how do I change my credit card PIN?
Your personal identification number (PIN) is a fraud and security measure for over-the-counter purchases and ATM and branch usage.
To easily set up or change your credit card PIN, register or log into Suncorp Internet Banking and go to My Accounts > My Bank Accounts > Go to Credit Card Services (beneath your credit card number) > Card Services > Change Card PIN.
If you know your existing credit card PIN, you can also change it at any Suncorp ATM.
Alternatively, you can contact us or visit your nearest Suncorp branch to request a new credit card PIN (may take a few days to arrive).
