Through Internet Banking:

  1. Log in and click ‘Transfer Money’
  2. Select ‘My Accounts’ and choose the accounts you want to transfer between
  3. Name your new recurring payment in the reference box and select the amount you want to save
  4. Select ‘Recurring transfer’ and choose how frequently you want to save (weekly, fortnightly or monthly)
  5. Choose the start and (if applicable) end date of your recurring payments, then click 'Next'.

Through the Suncorp Bank App:

  1. Open the Suncorp Bank App.
  2. Transfer money as you usually would between your two accounts.
  3. Tap on ‘When’, and select 'Recurring'. You’ll then see a ‘Frequency’ dropdown menu appear. Choose how often you’d like your payment to occur. You can also change the date you’d like the recurring payments to start.

Any time you want to check your recurring transfers, all you have to do is log in to Internet Banking, click ‘Transfer Money’, and look at the ‘Future Dated Transfers’ listed at the bottom of the page.

If you’ve set up a recurring transfer to a home loan from your Suncorp Bank account, you can edit it at any time (including the frequency) through Internet Banking or the Suncorp Bank App.

Through Internet Banking:

Through the Suncorp Bank App:

  • Launch the Suncorp Bank App.
  • Tap ‘Manage’ on the top right corner of the Accounts tab.
  • Select ‘Scheduled Payments’.
  • Find the recurring payment to your home loan, tap on it to see more details, then select the ‘Edit Payment’ button.

If you have direct debit set up to pay off your home loan, or you’re making repayments from an external bank account, you’ll need to contact us or your other bank to change your repayment frequency.
