Renewing Your Security Token

Received a new Security Token? See the steps to activate below.

Note that Security Tokens can only be activated in the Desktop Version of Internet Banking

Step 1 - Login to Internet Banking

Step 2 - Click on the banner at the bottom on your accounts list once logged in

Step 3 - Review and Accept the Terms and Conditions for Security Tokens

Step 4 - Enter the serial number located on the back of the token (a 10 digit number)

Step 5 - Enter a security code on the front of the token

Your Security Token is now activated.
