Fill in an application form

• You can complete an application form now. You can use this form to apply for a joint account too. Applicants will need to be Australian residents.
• Once completed, ensure you have the correct identification documents to include with your application.

Things you should know

* To be eligible for a Suncorp Bank Visa Debit Card you must be over 18 and a permanent resident of Australia. If not eligible you will receive a Suncorp Bank Transaction Card. Personal Cheque Withdrawals, Suncorp Bank Visa Debit Cards and Suncorp Bank Transaction Cards are not available where transaction activity has been or is recorded in a passbook.
