The Hear and Say Centre is a unique Queensland wide charity that teaches children who are deaf or hearing impaired to listen and speak. The "Butterfly Appeal", is the Hear and Say Centre's major fundraising event, and is a joint initiative of Suncorp and the Hear and Say Centre. The Appeal involves selling butterfly merchandise at all Queensland Suncorp branches.
This year Suncorp is aiming to raise $200,000 which will help fund 20 children through their first year of the Centre's program.
You can purchase a butterfly brooch or make a donation at any Queensland Suncorp branch until 30th April 2008. All proceeds raised go directly to helping the children at the Centre. Go to www.hearandsay.com.au to find out more about the Hear and Say Centre.
