Registration
- All existing Suncorp customers who are registered for Internet Banking and have accepted the updated Terms and Conditions, can access Mobile Phone Banking straight away.
- Simply go to mobile.suncorp.com.au on your mobile phone's web browser
- select the Logon to mobile phone banking link.
- use your existing Internet Banking log in details.
- Not registered for Internet Banking? Go to our registration form or call 13 11 55 and follow the prompts. You will need to be registered for telephone banking to register for Internet Banking.

Suncorp's Mobile Phone banking works from any mobile that can access the Internet securely. If you are unsure if you can access the web on your mobile phone, contact your mobile provider. It is recommended to have JavaScript enabled on your device to get the best mobile banking experience.
