Apply over the Phone
Contact us between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and we can assist you to make
your claim over the telephone:
13 11 60 and ask for CTP claims.
Suncorp also provides cover for serious injuries for eligible at-fault drivers under
their Driver Protection Policy
(PDF, 90k).

If you were at fault for the accident
If you hold CTP insurance with SUNCORP, and you are involved in an accident and
are considered to be at fault, you are required to complete a Notice of Accident
Form.
You can complete the Notice of Accident Form by undertaking one of the following
steps:
