How many additional cardholders can I have on my account?
You can have up to three additional cardholders on your account. An annual fee applies for each supplementary card issued.
Can I check my account details online?
All of your account details can be found online through Suncorp Internet Banking.

Can I decrease the limit on my credit card?
Yes you can. Simply visit a
local branch and complete a limit decrease request. Alternatively, you can call us on 13 11 55 and one of our personal lending specialists will be able to help you.
How can I increase my credit card limit?
To increase your credit card limit, you can visit any
Suncorp branch, or call us on 13 11 55 to complete a limit increase application.
How do I order a replacement card?
If you need to replace your Suncorp Clear Options credit card, please call us on 13 11 55 or visit your
local branch. If your card has been lost or stolen, please call us on 13 11 55 as soon as possible, so we can put a block on the card that is missing.
What do I do if my card is expiring?
There is nothing for you to do if your card is expiring. A letter notifying you of the collection procedures for your new card will be in the mail to you shortly.
Can I use my Suncorp Visa Card overseas?
Suncorp Visa Cards are accepted wherever Visa is accepted, all over the world.
What is an outstanding authorisation?
An outstanding authorisation is when the estimated value of a purchase (eg Hotel stay) has been held for a period of days to allow the merchant to process the transaction. An outstanding authorisation reduces the cardholder's available credit, but not the balance owing on the card.

How and when is the annual fee charged to my account?
The annual fee is charged to the card account on the first statement issued, and then annually thereafter.
Applying for a Suncorp Clear Options Credit Card
How long does the application process take?
Completing the application form should take approximately 10-15 minutes. Depending on the information you've provided and what is needed, it usually takes between 2-5 business days to process your application. Your card will be sent to your mailing address or made available for collection at your nominated branch.
Can I apply for a Suncorp Clear Options Credit Card online?
Yes! Simply fill in our online application form.
How do I find out the status of my application?
When you apply for your credit card, you will be given a reference number. Simply call us on 13 11 55, or visit a branch, and quote your reference number to find out the status of your application. If you're not sure of your reference number, please call us on 13 11 55, and one of our personal lending specialists will assist.

Rewards Points can be redeemed by either calling the rewards call centre on 13 11 55 (ask for 'credit cards' and then 'rewards') or via our website.
