Online
- If you don't have a Suncorp bank account
you can apply for an eOptions account online or an Everyday Options account online.
- If you are an existing Internet Banking customer
you can open a new eOptions, Everyday Options, Cash Management, Everyday Saver account or Term Deposit or renew an existing Term Deposit by logging onto Internet Banking and choosing the Open/Renew Account option from the menu bar.

In person
- To open an Everday Options account you can download the application form (PDF 103k), print it off, complete and take it to one of our Suncorp Branches, Agencies or Suncorp/GIO Branches all over Queensland as well as locations in other States. To download the form you require Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- You will need to take in suitable identification. If you do not have a printer please visit one of our branches where they can complete the application for you.

General Information
When you come into our office with your signed application form, funds and adequate identification we will process your request immediately. For term deposits, the interest rate used, and the start of the term will be as of the date your funds have been deposited.
We will then provide you with the details of your account number and other necessary details. You will also receive a Product Disclosure Statement / Product Information Document for your chosen account, which details the Product Features, Term and Conditions and Fees and Charges relating to the account.
If you request a cheque book this will take approximately 10 days to be mailed to you. Additionally, if you requested an access card or Visa Debit card on your account, your card and PIN will be mailed to you separately within 7 days of your account opening.
