The ARNIE system is available to all Repairers that provide services to Suncorp.
It's an online tool that enables Repairers to submit quotes, receive authorisation to commence repairs and to submit final invoices electronically, all from the one system.
ARNIE is compatible with 14 major quoting packages currently used by Repairers throughout Australia.
Suncorp does not charge a fee for access to the ARNIE system however Repairers should check with their existing quote package supplier to determine whether any upgrade fees will apply.
