External Transfer: A simple way to transfer money from your Suncorp Bank account to an account at another financial institution and is fee free on most Suncorp Bank products.
Visa Debit and Visa Credit: Our Visa Debit and Credit facilities can be a more cost effective and convenient way to make your purchases. Plus you’ll have access to Visa’s 24 million acceptance locations around the world. (Overseas transactions may attract a fee).

Automatic Sweep: Setting up a ‘sweep’ (automatic transfer) between your accounts to maintain a minimum balance reduces your risk of overdrawing your account or having a payment dishonoured. Sweeps prevent your account from overdrawing when a direct debit is made or cheque is presented provided you have sufficient funds in your other account. ‘Sweep’ fees are only $1.50 per sweep compared with the Payment Honour Fee.
Phone and Internet Banking: These services are a convenient way to check and manage your account as well as stop a scheduled automatic payment. Suncorp Bank does not charge customers to use Phone and Internet Banking. If an Internet Banking security token is required a fee may be charged.
Balance Reminder: Use this Suncorp Internet Banking feature to send you an alert email when your account balance falls below your nominated amount.
Statement information can be accessed for $3 per statement. Avoid this cost by accessing statement information through Telephone or Internet Banking free of charge.

ATM Fee

Suncorp Bank ATMs: To avoid ATM fees, use your Suncorp Bank card at Suncorp Bank ATMs. Our extensive ATM network is free to use for many Suncorp Bank transaction products.
EFTPOS: EFTPOS purchases are fee free on most Suncorp Bank transaction products. Many retailers also provide ‘cash out’ facilities at the point of sale which can save you time and money if you’re not near a Suncorp Bank ATM.
