Supporting the Cancer Council’s annual appeal
Suncorp has been a major supporter of Daffodil Day in Queensland since 1992 and will this year, promote the appeal in Suncorp Branches Queensland with merchandise, donation collection, and selling fresh daffodils. Suncorp has also extended support of Daffodil Day into Branches in Western Australia by promoting the appeal through Suncorp Branches in Western Australia.
Cancer Council Queensland and Western Australia relies heavily on volunteers and depends on public goodwill and support for its research, programs and services. Cancer Council's Daffodil Day is the largest merchandise based national fundraising event of its kind for cancer research, education, and patient support in the Southern Hemisphere. The daffodil is the international symbol of hope for all those affected by cancer.
