You can print out everything you need for an iBus Maximiser account in 5 easy steps.
You will need Adobe Acrobat to view the PDF forms on this page. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, you can download it free of charge from the Adobe web site.
1. Print & sign the application form.
Print the iBus Maximiser Application form (PDF 151k) and ensure all Owners and Authorised Persons sign it.
If you have more than 4 Authorised Persons/Owners you will need to print the Additional Owners & Authorised Persons (PDF 71k) form, and get the additional Persons to sign it.
2. Print & sign the signature capture form.
Print the required number of signature capture forms, (PDF 22k). Each Owner and Authorised Person need to sign a separate form.
3. Complete Customer Identification
If any Owner or Authorised Person does not have a Suncorp Bank account, they are required to complete the identification process.
Each of these Owners and Authorised Persons must individually provide certified copies of acceptable identification.

4. Print off the iBus Maximiser Checklist (PDF 98k) to ensure you have completed everything you need to open an account
5. Send your application to us and all supporting documentation to:
